Unlike
vertical loading wipe dispenser systems, NW600 disinfectant
wipe refills contain a plastic inner core and are
pulled from the outside of the refill.

Horizontal
Spindle Assembly View.
Saturations
in vertical loading wipe refills tend to flow to the
lower portion of the refill causing overly saturated
wipes as the refill is being used. If saturations
are lost before using the entire refill, the remainder
of the refill is wasted! Ordinary vertical wipe refills
dispense wipes from the center of the refill exposing
wipes to air inside of the dispenser system.

NW600
wipe refills load onto a durable horizontal spindle
assembly with 8" endcaps to conceal both ends
of the refill. The refill control system inside the
wipe dispenser is syncronized with the horizontal
spindle assembly. NW600 disinfectant
wipes dispense from the outside of the 600 count refill
and utilize a core in the center to load horizontally
in NW600 Sanitizer Systems.
NW600
Sanitizer Systems dispense evenly saturated disinfectant
wipes individually with each pull of a wipe. The refill
rotates clockwise each time a wipe is pulled, this
new patented development allows wipe solution to be
evenly distributed throughout entire refill and solution
wicks back down to horizontal roll between wipe pulls
when not in use. NW600 wipe dispenser systems operate
smoothly with NW600 disinfectant wipe refills.
